PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are items not currently in stock but in the process of being stocked, which we offer to customers first. the timeframe is communicated and may vary depending on factors, however, we do our best to get items to you in a timely manner.

RETURN POLICY

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving in original brand-new unused condition and/or brand new unworn, perfume and makeup free with original tags via tracked shipping to our NZ Merchandise Store. Kahika reserves the right to refuse an exchange/return if the return does not meet this standard. - All exchanges will be processed on receipt of the item sent back by the customer. If an incorrect item has been sent on Kahika's behalf, Kahika will issue a free return label. On receipt of the item, the correct item will be sent. -There are no refunds provided for change of mind. Refunds are only provided if a product is deemed faulty at the discretion of Kahika. There are no refunds for wrong product choice. (Please choose carefully.)

Tracking details will be automatically sent to the customers provided email when the order has been processed. Kahika does not process orders over the Weekend and on public holidays. Our normal working hours are 9am-4pm Monday to Friday, but we will attempt to respond to emails outside of this time.

All sale items added into the Sale Category are final. No exchanges or refunds. (Please choose carefully.) stN.B. Gift vouchers will never be discounted.

We will refuse returns on items where the above conditions have not been met. Returns are at the cost of the purchase and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Kahika. If the item is deemed faulty, postage will be refunded with proof of purchase for mailing costs. We recommend tracking your parcel and are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Pricing

All prices are reflected in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

Colours

Every effort has been made to accurately portray in images colours of products. However, depending on your monitor, colours can alter our online store images and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colours will be completely accurate.

Sizing

As a small business, we do our best to ensure the structure of garments are similar and familiar to our customers and base these on NZ sizing, however this can alter depending on the garment.
